Reservations can be made by calling our facility or using our online reservation system on our website.  Please note we require a Meet and Greet before a Boarding Appointment. Please click here for more info.

Dogs must be up-to-date on their rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. We require bordetella to be current within 6 months from the date of vaccination to ensure the health and safety of all our guests. We also require a temperament assessment to ensure compatibility with our other day care guests. Please consult with our staff for specific vaccination requirements and any additional information. Please note that puppies must be two weeks beyond their final round of vaccinations as recommended by your veterinarian. This is typically around 18-20 weeks.

Yes, absolutely! Our experienced groomers can provide a range of grooming services, from baths and haircuts to nail trims and ear cleaning, during your dog’s boarding stay. Please mention that you’d like this upon booking.

We do not charge extra for administering most medications. However, if your dog requires specialized medical care or injections, additional fees may apply. Please discuss your dog’s specific needs with our staff.
During check-in, we will gather necessary information about your dog and review any special instructions or requirements. At check-out, we will settle the bill and provide you with a summary of your dog’s stay.
We do not have breed restrictions. All dogs are welcome at Pooch Pad, as long as they pass our temperament assessment to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests.

Daycare is provided at no additional cost.

Yes, there is a $25 charge for pick-ups after 12pm on the scheduled day of pick-up.

Our grooming services include bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and more. We can customize the grooming session based on your dog’s breed and individual needs.
