How do I get started for a Dog Boarding APpointment?

How do I make a reservation for dog boarding?
Reservations can be made by calling our facility or using our online reservation system on our website. Please note we require a Meet and Greet before a Boarding Appointment. Please click here for more info.
What vaccinations are required for dog boarding at Pooch Pad?
Dogs must be up-to-date on their rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. We require bordetella to be current within 6 months from the date of vaccination to ensure the health and safety of all our guests. We also require a temperament assessment to ensure compatibility with our other day care guests. Please consult with our staff for specific vaccination requirements and any additional information. Please note that puppies must be two weeks beyond their final round of vaccinations as recommended by your veterinarian. This is typically around 18-20 weeks.

Can I bring my dog's own food and belongings for their boarding stay?
FOOD: Yes please make sure your dog’s food is in a sealed bag or container with your pet’s name clearly marked on it.
BELONGINGS: We know every pup has a favorite toy or blanket! But we need to keep playtime safe and prevent mix-ups between our furry guests, so we ask that all personal belongings stay at home. Don’t worry—we have lots of toys, cozy spaces, and plenty of fun waiting here!
Can my dog receive grooming services while they are boarding at Pooch Pad?
Yes, absolutely! Our experienced groomers can provide a range of grooming services, from baths and haircuts to nail trims and ear cleaning, during your dog’s boarding stay. Please mention that you’d like this upon booking.
